赤天化是70年代国家从美国和荷兰引进的大化肥生产装置。自1978年建成投产以来,到今天赤天化经历了两个不平凡的发展阶段已实现了由计划经济体制下的“工厂制”向适应市场经济发展的“公司制”的重大变革,于1995年成立了集团有限责任公司,形成了以化肥为龙头,多种经营,跨行业,跨地区,综合性的企业集团。
Chitianhua is a large-scale fertilizer production device imported from the United States and the Netherlands in the 1970s. Since the completion of production in 1978, Chitianhua has experienced two extraordinary stages of development. Today, it has achieved a significant “company system” from the “factory system” under the planned economic system to the development of the market economy. In 1995, the Group established a group limited liability company and formed an enterprise group with chemical fertilizers as its leader, diversified operations, cross-industry, cross-regional, and comprehensive.
