一、调整优化产业结构是提高我国经济增长质量的迫切需要 建国以来,特别是改革开放以来,我国的经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就。但是,我国经济在高速增长的同时,也存在一些必须高度重视的问题,如高投入、低产出和资源浪费,环境恶化,产业结构不合理,高速增长伴随着高通货膨胀等。这些问题的存在说明经济增长在很大程度上是建立在产业结构不够合理的基础上的,是以粗放经营为主实现的,因而很难长期延续下去。 First, adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure is an urgent need to improve the quality of China’s economic growth Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially since the reform and opening up, China’s economic construction has made remarkable achievements. However, while China’s economy is growing rapidly, there are also some issues that must be given high priority such as high input, low output and resource waste, environmental degradation, irrational industrial structure and rapid growth accompanied by high inflation. The existence of these problems shows that economic growth is largely based on an unreasonable industrial structure and is mainly achieved through extensive management, making it difficult to sustain long-term economic growth.
