一、问题的提出 1973年交通部第二公路勘察设计院承担了北京市新建八达岭过境公路的勘测设计任务。我们有机会参加了关于路线走向和标准的研讨,以及测设与施工的实际工作。在实践中产生了一个想法——在个别路段可否考虑修两条单车道路线,分上、下道行驶。从地形、地质、水文及抗震条件出发,来考虑修两条单行线。这条过境公路,从姑娘台到影碑石一段处于峡谷地带,河谷弯曲狭窄,边坡陡峭,岩体破碎,而且属于基本烈度为八度的地震
I. PROBLEM PROBLEMS The Second Highway Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Communications assumed the task of survey and design of the newly-built Badaling Transit Highway in Beijing in 1973.
