在课堂教学中,要以实现学生的发展为目标,着重培养学生的参与意识,创新精神,提高综合能力,落实“教师为主导、学生为主体”的课改理念,处理好教师的“教”与学生的“学”是关键。没有教师教师“教”的主导,就没有学生“学”的主体,教师的“教”决定着学生的“学”。把课堂上的时间还给学生,是突出学生主体地位的最好体现。一堂成功的语文课中,教师活动与学生活动所占用的时间比最少要达到1︰2。为了启发学生进行创造性思维,还要优化教师的“问”、鼓励学生的“问”。要巩固知识,提高能力,就要优化学生的“练”。只有这样,语文课堂教学才会一改往日容颜。
