太湖流域水资源合理调度的研究是一个相当复杂的课题,尤其是流域下游的平原感潮河网地区。除上海的黄浦江在枯水期需要供水外,还涉及阳澄淀泖地区、杭嘉湖地区,在枯水季节,全面缺水,阳澄、淀泖、杭嘉湖地区用水量大,河网水位明显下降,造成潮流界与潮区间的上移。要遏制或减轻黄浦江下游江段污水随潮回荡上溯的关键是抬高上游地区河网的水位。因此,不管采取何种向黄浦江供水的方案,均必须抬高以平望站为代表的杭嘉湖与淀泖阳澄地区河网的水位。另外,为确保供水水质,还需建立太浦河清水走廊。这样,对今后水资源的合理调度与管理以及太浦河南北两岸江、浙、沪的水资源调度都是有益的。因此,应加快太浦闸翻水泵的建设和太浦闸闸上河段的疏拓。作者考虑现状工况条件下,在预定的边界和范围内做了多方案的比较,为过渡时期流域下游地区水资源调度做了大量的有益的工作。一些建议可供流域主管部门和相关部门参考。
The research on the reasonable regulation of water resources in the Taihu Lake Basin is a rather complicated topic, especially in the tidal river networks in the lower reaches of the basin. Therefore, irrespective of the scheme of water supply to the Huangpu River, the water level of the river networks of Hangjiahu and Zhudouyangcheng, represented by the Pingwang Station, must be raised. In addition, in order to ensure the quality of water supply, it is also necessary to establish the Taipuhe water corridor. In this way, the water resources in the future for the rational management and management of the Taipu River and North and South Rivers, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, water resources scheduling are beneficial. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the construction of Taopu gate overturning pump and the dredging of the upper reaches of the Taipu gate. Under the condition of current conditions, the author made multi-plan comparisons within the predetermined boundaries and ranges, and made a great deal of useful work for water resources dispatch in the lower reaches of the basin during the transitional period. Some suggestions for the basin authorities and relevant departments for reference.
