随着社会经济的发展和全球化的进行,企业面临的市场竞争愈加激烈,企业想要更好的参与到市场竞争中去,便必须完整的掌握财务信息管理,这样才能够整合和控制各种资源,并根据需要制定科学的经营方案,做出正确的决策,所以财务管理信息系统的建立也是财务管理实现现代化的必然要求。本文主要分析了企业财务信息化建设的必要性和遇到的问题,并有针对性的提出了一些策略。
