新西兰研究人员发现,每天吃两个猕猴桃能使肌肉保持最佳健康状态。该发现是由奥塔哥大学基督城分院的研究人员研究出来的,已刊登在世界营养科学领域最权威的出版物《美国临床营养学杂志》上。奥塔哥大学自由基研究中心的研究人员用猕猴桃作为人类临床研究项目的维生素C来源。猕猴桃是最营养的人工栽培水果之一,维生素C含量特别高。此项研究的目的是了解维生素C对于人体的关键作用以及人类从饮食中获取维生素C的最佳方式。关于肌肉健康的研究是该研究项目的一方面。
New Zealand researchers found that eating two kiwifruit daily to maintain muscle best health. The discovery was discovered by researchers at the Christchurch branch of the University of Otago and has appeared in the most authoritative publication in the world in the field of nutrition science, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Researchers at the University of Otago Free Radical Research Center use kiwifruit as a source of vitamin C for human clinical research projects. Kiwi is one of the most nutritious, artificially cultivated fruits with particularly high vitamin C content. The purpose of this study is to understand the key role of vitamin C in the human body and the best way for humans to get vitamin C from their diet. Research on muscle health is one aspect of this research project.
