利用炸药爆炸能量,把大量的土石方按指定的方向,抛掷到一定位置,并堆筑成一定形状和质量的建筑物,是定向爆破筑坝设计的主要任务。目前定向爆破筑坝设计尚缺乏完整的技术理论与设计方法,多是采取经验公式,对于一些设计参数的选定,又都是试验确定。黄土区定向爆破筑坝,我省是一九五八年开始试验推广的,在毛主席“要把黄河的事情办好”的光辉指示指引下,为加快水土保持治理速度,采用这一先进施工技术修筑土坝四十余座,根据三十座坝的实测资料,对黄土定向爆破筑坝一些设计参数进行初步分析。
