用阴囊隔血管蒂皮瓣修复尿道下裂30例,获得满意效果。该皮瓣的动脉来源,前1/5—2/5由阴部外动脉的阴囊前动脉分布;后3/5～4/5为阴部内动脉的阴囊后动脉分布。阴囊前动脉在阴囊隔中的行程与分支分布较恒定;阴囊后动脉在阴囊隔中的分支分布有三种类型:Ⅰ型占74％;Ⅱ型占16％;Ⅲ型占10％。阴囊皮肤的血供,中缝区前1/5～2/5及两侧部的前2/3由阴囊前动脉供,中缝区的后4/5～3/5,两侧面的后1/3由阴囊后动脉供应。
