目的观察糖肾宁胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠糖脂代谢及早期肾功能损伤的影响。方法采用STZ腹腔注射的方法复制早期糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,并分为5组(n=10):模型对照组、西药对照组、糖肾宁胶囊低剂量组、糖肾宁胶囊中剂量组、糖肾宁胶囊高剂量组,另加空白对照组,分别给予灌胃。药物干预12周后,观察大鼠的一般生存状态、肾脏系数、血糖、血脂、尿微量蛋白及胰岛素水平。结果糖肾宁胶囊可以明显改善模型大鼠的生存状态,改善模型大鼠的肾脏系数、血脂、血糖、尿微量蛋白、糖化血红蛋白及胰岛素水平。结论用STZ腹腔注射的方法,可以成功复制糖尿病肾病模型,糖肾宁胶囊具有明显的降糖、调脂、减少蛋白尿、改善胰岛素水平、改善肾功能的作用,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective To observe the effects of Tangshenning Capsule on glucose and lipid metabolism and early renal dysfunction in early diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods The rat models of early diabetic nephropathy were duplicated by intraperitoneal injection of STZ and divided into five groups (n = 10): model control group, western medicine control group, Tangshenning capsule low dose group, Tangshenning capsule middle dose group, Sugar Kidney capsule high-dose group, plus a blank control group, were given intragastric administration. After 12 weeks of drug intervention, the general state of life, kidney index, blood glucose, blood lipids, urine microalbumin and insulin levels were observed. Results Tangshenning Capsule can significantly improve the survival of the model rats and improve the rat model of kidney coefficient, blood lipids, blood glucose, urine protein, glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin levels. Conclusion The model of diabetic nephropathy can be successfully replicated by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. Tangshenning capsule has obvious hypoglycemic effect, lipid-lowering effect, reducing proteinuria, improving insulin level and improving renal function, which deserves further study.
