本文介绍钢的K_(IC)如何由光滑圆试件的简单拉伸试验来测定。由于圆试件制作方便且无需预制裂纹,因此试验设备和试验过程大为简化,仍与通常拉伸试验相同。一个试件即能得到一个精确可靠的K_(IC)值。在一次拉伸试验中同时可测定σ_s、σ_b和K_(IC)。所需测定时间仅30~40min而已,商且费用极低。因此,这一测定方法远远优于美国E-399标准,它是一个值得推广的测定方法。计算中用真实临界载荷,用试件自身产生的真实裂纹。
This article describes how the K_ (IC) of steels is determined by a simple tensile test of a smooth circular specimen. Due to the easy fabrication of round specimens and the absence of prefabricated cracks, the test equipment and test procedure are greatly simplified and remain the same as typical tensile tests. A specimen can get an accurate and reliable K_ (IC) value. Σ_s, σ_b and K_ (IC) can be measured simultaneously in a tensile test. The required measurement time is only 30 ~ 40min only, and the cost is very low. Therefore, this method of determination is far superior to the United States E-399 standard, it is a worthy method of measurement. Calculated with the real critical load, with the specimen itself to produce real cracks.
