目的评价北京市昌平区社区卫生服务中心基本药物制度的实施效果、分析存在的问题并提出解决方案和建议。方法法从基本药物可获得性、可负担性、合理用药以及患者满意度等方面,用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法进行研究。结果果基本药物的可获得性基本保持不变;次均门诊药品费用与单处方费用显现增长趋势,年平均增长率分别为12.48%、7.43%;单张处方基本药物品种数总体上有所增加;31.15%的患者认为社区卫生服务机构的基本药物不能满足用药需求,26.28%的患者认为基本药物价格较高。结论论相关部门需要进一步完善基本药物用药制度,保证相关政策的顺利实施。
Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of the basic drug system in Changping community health center in Beijing, analyze the existing problems and propose solutions and suggestions. Methodology The methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were used to study the availability of basic drugs, affordability, rational drug use and patient satisfaction. Results The availability of essential medicines remained basically unchanged. The costs of out-patient medicines and costs of single prescriptions showed an upward trend with average annual growth rates of 12.48% and 7.43%, respectively. The number of single-prescription essential medicines generally increased ; 31.15% of the patients think that the basic medicines of community health service institutions can not meet the demand of medication, and 26.28% of patients think the price of basic medicines is higher. Conclusion The relevant departments need to further improve the basic drug medication system to ensure the smooth implementation of relevant policies.
