[目的]对闸北区中学生发生校内意外伤害预防措施的实施效果进行评价,为制定伤害干预措施提供参考。[方法]采用整群抽样方法,随机选取闸北区2所中学学生,随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组给予1年的一系列集体干预措施,对照组不给予任何干预措施。分析比较干预前后两组学生的伤害知、信、行改变情况和伤害发生情况。[结果]干预前干预组与对照组学生校内伤害知识平均得分分别为8.18和8.05,差异没有统计学意义;干预后干预组与对照组学生校内伤害知识平均得分分别为9.21和7.82,差异有统计学意义。干预前、后两组间伤害预防态度、相关不良行为差异均无统计学意义;干预后两组校内伤害发生率差异也无统计学意义。[结论]综合干预能够显著提高学生伤害及其预防相关知识水平。若能持续开展类似干预活动,从长远看,对改善伤害相关不良行为和预防中学生校内意外伤害发生,降低校内伤害发生率有重要意义。
[Objective] To evaluate the implementation effect of prevention measures of accidental injuries in school in secondary school students in Zhabei District and provide a reference for the formulation of injury intervention measures. [Methods] The cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 2 middle school students in Zhabei District and randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was given a series of collective interventions for one year, while the control group did not receive any interventions. Analysis and comparison of the two groups of students before and after injury, injuries, letters, changes and injuries occurred. [Results] Before intervention, the average score of knowledge of injury among students in intervention group and control group was 8.18 and 8.05, respectively, with no significant difference. The mean knowledge scores of injury in school after intervention were 9.21 and 7.82, respectively, with statistical difference Significance of learning. Pre-intervention and post-injury injury prevention attitude between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant; the incidence of injury in the two groups after school intervention was not statistically significant. [Conclusion] The comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the students’ harm and the knowledge about their prevention. If we can carry out similar interventions in the long run, it is of great significance to improve the harm-related behaviors and prevent accidental injuries in schools and reduce the incidence of injuries in schools in the long run.
