95年度(第二届)电视节目技术质量评奖会于10月27日至31日在北京召开并取得圆满成功。 比起去年的第一届评奖工作来说,本届评奖具有以下不同之处: 1 去年参评单位只限于省级台和中央电视台,今年除省台和中央台外,还有经各省厅先期评选、推荐了15个市级台参加,使参评的电视台从去年的28个台增加到42台,因而,评奖更具有广泛性,从某种程度看,也更具有代表性;
