建筑工程造价直接影响到工程的整体质量与最终建筑企业从中获得的利润,要想确保建筑企业获得的利润,并且建筑工程的质量能够得到保障,需要合理控制工程造价,做好成本控制。需要明确的是,工程造价控制并不是克扣工人应得的工资或者在具体施工中偷工减料,而是合理安排工期,确保施工材料能够得到合理使用,不存在浪费现象,提高施工效率。文章主要就当前影响建筑工程施工成本管理的因素以及建筑工程建设中成本控制的主要内容进行分析,探讨如何在工程造价中进行成本控制。
