由于加速跑具有周期性运动、身体重心逐渐抬起、步频逐渐加快和步幅逐渐加大的特点,可以推断加速跑的技术呈规律性变化。本文试图通过影片解析,找出影响加速跑前四步技术的运动学因素,为进行技术诊断和寻找训练突破口提供一定依据。实验结果中大多数指标没有呈现明显的规律性变化,笔者认为其原因可能是由于技术不稳定、左右肢力量不均衡、柔韧素质不足、步幅与步频选择不当等造成的。
As the accelerated running has periodic movement, the body gradually lifted the center of gravity, the pace is gradually accelerating and stride gradually increased characteristics, we can infer that the technology of accelerated running showed regular changes. This paper tries to find out the kinematic factors that influence the first four steps of running through film analysis, and provide some evidences for technical diagnosis and finding a breakthrough in training. Most of the results in the experimental results did not show significant regularity changes, I think the reason may be due to technical instability, left and right limbs unbalanced strength, lack of flexibility, stride and pace caused by improper selection.
