全面从严治党具有重要的法治意义,它不仅是依宪执政的客观要求、引领法治建设的现实需要,也是实现国家治理能力现代化的重要途径、制度反腐的必然选择和探索中国道路的有力保障。因此,应对全面从严治党进行必要的法治定位,即治党合法化、治党正当化、治党制度化、治党权义—权责化、治党程序化。基于这样的定位,应探索全面从严治党的法治化路径,包括遵从宪法法律权威和法治原则、完善党内法规和制度建设、增强党内民主和社会民主、推进党内权力制约和问责、健全党内和党外监督等,从而推动法治中国建设。
