偶氮胂M是灵敏显色剂,已应用于分光光度测定稀土元素总量、钍、铀、钙和络合滴定稀土元素、钍的指示剂。本文研究了偶氮胂M与锆显色反应的条件、共存离子和化合物的影响。表明,在测定条件下,显色液中共存下列量(毫克)离子:Al~(3+)(10)、Zr~(4+)(2)、Mn~(2+)(2)、Mg~(2+)(10)、Ca~(2+)(1)、Bi~(3+)(5)、Pb~(2+)(1)、Mo~(6+)(1)、Fe~(2+)(5)、V~(5+)(0.6)、Sb~(3+)(0.5)、Ti~(4+)(0.5)、Ba~(2+)(0.5)、Ni~(2+)(0.1)、W~(6+)(0.05)、La~(3+)(0.005)、Ce~(3+)(0.001)、Cu~(2+)(0.02)、Nb~(5+)(0.1)和大量盐酸羟胺不干扰测定。铁(Ⅲ)量大于1毫克时,干扰程度只是随着铁(Ⅲ)量的增大而稍微增大,采用不同量的铁(Ⅲ)为基底制备锆的工作曲线与纯锆制备的工作曲线基本重台。氟化铵的存在能使锆的颜色消褪,而稀土元素及其他金属离子的颜色不消褪,以此为参比
Arsenazo M is a sensitive reagent, has been used in spectrophotometric determination of total rare earth elements, thorium, uranium, calcium and complex titration rare earth elements, thorium indicator. In this paper, the conditions of the chromogenic reaction of arsenazo M with zirconium, the effects of coexisting ions and compounds were studied. The results show that under the conditions of the measurement, the following quantities (mg) of ions are present in the color developing solution: Al 3+ 10, Zr 4+ 2, Mn 2+ + Mg 2 + Pb 2+, Mo 6+, Fe 2+, Ca 2+, Ca 2+, Bi 3+, Pb 2+, (0.5), Ba (2 +) (5), V5 + (0.6), Sb3 + (0.5), Ti4 + (2 +) (0.1), W ~ (6 +) (0.05), La ~ (3 +) (0.005), Ce ~ (3 +) ~ (5 +) (0.1) and a large number of hydroxylamine hydrochloride do not interfere with the determination. When the amount of iron (Ⅲ) is more than 1 mg, the interference degree only increases slightly with the increase of the amount of iron (Ⅲ).
