江门市某生活污水处理厂职业病危害现状调查

目的明确江门某污水处理厂存在的职业病危害因素及控制程度,提出防治对策。方法通过对该污水处理系统进行职业卫生学调查、工作场所主要职业病危害因素检测及接触职业病危害因素人员职业健康监护,进行职业病危害评价。结果工作场所中氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、锰及其无机化合物、其他粉尘、噪声的合格率均为100.0%;紫外辐射和工频电场强度均在职业接触限值范围内,硫化氢合格率为97.4%;职业健康检查37人,发现2名噪声职业禁忌证劳动者。结论该污水处理厂的职业病危害以硫化氢最为严重,污水处理厂应将硫化氢作为职工职业防护的关键点。 Objective To clarify the occupational hazards and the degree of control of a sewage treatment plant in Jiangmen and to propose prevention measures. Methods The occupational disease hazard assessment was carried out through occupational hygiene investigation of the sewage treatment system, occupational health monitoring of occupational health hazards in occupational diseases and major occupational hazards in the workplace. Results The qualified rates of ammonia, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, manganese, inorganic compounds and other dusts and noise in the workplace were all 100.0%. UV radiation and commercial electric field strength were all within the limits of occupational exposure. Hydrogen sulfide Pass rate of 97.4%; 37 occupational health checks, found two workers with noisy occupational contraindications. Conclusion The occupational hazards of the WWTP are the most severe with hydrogen sulfide, and the WWTP should regard hydrogen sulfide as the key point of occupational protection for workers.
