1841年1月26日,英舰“硫磺”号强行在香港水坑口升起了第一面“米”字旗,156年后的1997年6月30日午夜,港英当局在原添马舰海军基地降下了英国军旗。当时钟敲响12下时,在维多利亚湾西部的昂船洲海军基地,鲜艳的五星红旗和“八一”军旗冉冉升起。中国人民雪洗了百年耻辱,在香港有了人民的子弟兵。
On January 26, 1841, the British ship “Sulfur” forcibly raised the first “M” banner at the water hole in Hong Kong. After 156 years, at midnight on June 30, 1997, the British British authorities in the former Tamar Navy Base lowered the British flag. As the clock struck 12, bright five-pointed red flags and “August First” military flags were rising at the Stonecutters Island Naval Base in the west of Victoria Bay. The Chinese people have been washed for centuries by the snow and have their children’s army soldiers in Hong Kong.
