为了实现齿轮磨损状况的不拆卸诊断,提出了一种用综合间隙角来分析判断各挡齿轮及键槽磨损的方法。通过对各挡传动比及齿侧间隙等对综合间隙角影响关系的分析,得出了各挡综合间隙角与齿侧间隙的定量关系式,并将各挡综合间隙角分为4个级别标准,测得各挡的综合间隙角与标准比较,即可判断齿轮或键槽的磨损情况。提出了相应的综合间隙角的检测方法并研制了检测仪器,对使用中的23台手扶拖拉机齿轮箱各挡的综合间隙角进行了测量和分析,取得了较好的效果。
