封建时代,学者对缠足保持着基本认同的态度,而今日的缠足文化研究是从对封建文化,对女性的悲惨遭遇的批判为主要内容。笔者认为,缠足作为一种特殊的文化表现形式,应该用全面的客观的态度分析。笔者认为在这种文化之后的男女间的关系,长辈与女儿的关系,缠足与社会地位的矛盾关系似乎关注并不多。缠足就如同化妆术一般是女性追求美的一种表现形式,这其中的足文化、性文化、审美文化的变迁是人们较少关注的。所以我们应该从缠足文化中的种种角色的矛盾入手,客观地对这一特别的文化现象进行道德分析。
In the feudal era, scholars maintained a basic approval attitude toward footbinding. Today’s study of footbinding culture mainly focuses on the critique of the tragedy of feudal culture and women. I believe that footbinding as a special form of cultural expressions should be analyzed with a comprehensive and objective attitude. I think in this culture after the relationship between men and women, elders and daughters, footbinding and social status of the contradictory relationship seems to be not much attention. Footbinding is like makeup, which is generally a form of expression of the pursuit of beauty by women. Among these, the changes of the full culture, the sexual culture and the aesthetic culture are of less concern to people. Therefore, we should begin with the contradictions of the various roles in the footbinding culture and objectively conduct a moral analysis of this particular cultural phenomenon.
