在对苏州原苏伦纺织厂(简称“苏伦厂”)的建筑价值、绿化环境和整体空间格局进行评估,以及对苏伦纺织厂的历史遗产价值、人文价值、经济效益及社会效益等方面进行再定义的基础上,规划设计方案提出以原有的保留建筑为文化基质触媒,织补培植地块的自生能力,以求复兴;以原有的工厂工艺流程为原型,结合地块的功能定位,创造一套符合工艺流程的现代文化产业动线;选择具有潜力的文化商业类型建筑作为触媒,赋予其文化功能以适应新的社会需求,为苏伦纺织厂培育内敛性的发展动力,进而推动地块更新;将地块的开放性活动部分安排在苏州整体的活动结构之中;以苏州古城为参考坐标,以校正其在古城发展过程中所启发的整体空间效应。
Evaluation of the architectural value, green environment and overall spatial structure of Suzhou Suluen Textile Factory (abbreviated as “Su Lun Factory”) and the historical heritage value, humanistic value, economic benefits and social benefits of Su Lun Textile Mill On the basis of the redefinition of other aspects, the planning and design proposal proposes to use the original preserved building as a cultural matrix catalyst to replenish and cultivate the viability of the cultivated land in order to revive; and to use the original factory process as a prototype to combine the land Functional orientation, creating a set of modern cultural industries that meet the process flow; selecting cultural and commercial buildings of potential as catalysts, empowering them with cultural functions to adapt to new social needs, and fostering introverted developmental momentum for Sullun Textile Mills. This will promote land renewals; arrange the open activities of the land parcels in the overall activity structure of Suzhou; and use the ancient city of Suzhou as the reference coordinate to correct the overall spatial effects inspired by the development of the ancient city.
