通过使用一种易于重复的合成工艺 ,在常压下制备了纳米级羟基磷灰石针状晶体 ,这种纳米级针状晶体在形态 ,结构和组成上与人骨组织中纳米针晶非常相似 ,利于发挥羟基磷灰石优良的生物相容性 ,能用于研制一种类骨的高强柔韧的复合人工骨修复材料 ,所用的制备工艺有助于简化这种类骨复合材料的合成。
Nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite acicular crystals were prepared under normal pressure by using an easy-to-repeat synthesis process. The nanoscale acicular crystals were very similar in morphology, structure and composition to the nano-needle crystals in human bone tissue. Which is conducive to exerting the good biocompatibility of hydroxyapatite and can be used for developing a bone-like high-strength and flexible composite artificial bone repair material. The preparation process is used for simplifying the synthesis of the bone-like composite material.
