调查表明,西部民族地区的新课程实施效果不尽如人意,师资培训效果不理想是一个重要因素。针对新课程背景下西部民族地区中学的师资培训现状,以先进的教师职后教育理念“研训一体化”为指导,从研训共同体的形成、研训一体课程体系的构成、研训人员的培养、校本研训四个方面,提出新课程背景下西部民族地区中学教师研训一体化实施策略。
