S195柴油机机油压力靠气缸盖罩上的指示器来显示,正常的机油压力大都在0.25～0.3兆帕,新机子在刚起动时,机油压力往往较大,有时达1兆帕以上。当加工和调整不当时,机油压力往往高达2～4兆帕。但车用 S195柴油机,需在驾驶室内用仪表或灯光指示机油压力。如机油压力过高,极易冲坏机油压力表的感应塞和灯光报警指示器,另外还会使转子泵早期损坏。我们对多台机油压力过高的 S195柴油机进行了分析。当润滑系工作正常时,润滑油经机油管进入气缸盖罩指示器柱塞下方,克服指示器弹簧压力,推动指示器柱塞上移,使指示器杆挺起并升入透明指示器罩内,表明润滑正常。此时,润滑油从指示器柱塞下的一个1.5毫米泄油孔喷出,压力不再升
