生命意义的探索已经从哲学、伦理道德转向了心理学领域,而个体生命意义的确立也从向群体价值的认同转向了个体意义的追寻,奥地利精神病学家弗兰克尔所创立的意义疗法有很多可值得借鉴之处。本文基于弗兰克尔意义疗法的理论与实践,从其理论基础、生命意义内涵、生命意义的来源与建构的途径和技术等方面,对其进行了梳理,并论述了意义疗法对当代生命意义教育工作者的启示。
The exploration of the meaning of life has shifted from philosophy and ethics to the field of psychology. The establishment of the meaning of individual life also shifts from the identification of group value to the pursuit of individual meaning. There are many meaningful therapies founded by the Austrian psychiatrist Frankel Worth learning. Based on the theory and practice of Frankel’s meaning therapy, the paper sorts out its theoretical foundation, the meaning of life meaning, the source of life meaning and the way of construction and technology, and discusses the significance of meaning therapy to contemporary life-meaningful education Inspiration.
