经济增长理论的实质是物本位,有其局限性。马克思的经济理论体系特别是劳动价值论为确立科学的经济发展理论奠定了基础。经济现象的三重性决定了经济发展是生产力、生产关系、经济理念的全面发展。社会再生产的特殊本质决定了经济发展人本位的特殊本质。经济发展以人为本是指以全体社会成员共同全面发展为根本目的。科学的经济发展就是符合规律的经济发展。确立科学的经济发展理论,目的是促进社会经济活动理性化和科学化,推动经济的科学发展。社会财富增长和分配关系改善,都是为了实现社会成员福利最大化的目标,因而对经济发展绩效的评价,要把老百姓的满意程度作为最主要的依据。
The essence of economic growth theory is materialistic and has its limitations. Marx’s economic theory system, especially labor theory of value, laid the foundation for establishing a scientific theory of economic development. The triple nature of economic phenomena determines that economic development is an all-round development of productive forces, relations of production and economic concepts. The special essence of social reproduction determines the special essence of economic development people’s standard. People-oriented economic development refers to the fundamental goal of the common and all-round development of all members of society. Scientific economic development is consistent with the law of economic development. The establishment of a scientific theory of economic development aims to promote the rationalization and scientificization of social and economic activities and promote the scientific development of economy. The growth of social wealth and the improvement of the distribution relationship are all aimed at maximizing the welfare of members of society. Therefore, the evaluation of economic development performance should take the satisfaction of ordinary people as the most important basis.
