一、经常自问,探寻问题的根结“自问”是教师分析、审视个人的教学思想、观念和语言技能知识在教学中的运用情况,发现问题,找到根源,从而修正自己的行为。其实质是教师教学行为的自省,也就是教师作为研究者对自身教育教学行为的研究。经常自问,能达到不断修正,最终改变之功效。在日常工作中,下面这个案例是常见的,甚至在公开教学中也屡见不鲜:当教师提出简单问题时,为充分调动学生的积极性,会说:“老师的这个问题可不难哦,请谁来回答
