我公司于1979年在胥江水厂建造了5000吨/日气浮池,净水效果甚好。其后又提出了气浮过滤一体化净水新工艺,通过模型试验,并取得了一定的数据。于1980年年底完成了1000吨/日船上水厂施工安装任务,1981年6月投入了生产性运转(见图1)。气浮过滤工艺是浮渣向上,净化水向下。为提高容积利用系数,在水面下1米左右处设置小阻力过滤系统,流程见图2。运行表明,气浮过滤一体化净水工艺是可行的,在去浊、除色、去除木质素、降低耗氧量等方面均有较显著的效果。一、工艺流程及主要设备原水取自胥江与外城河交汇处,由推力
In 1979, our company built a 5,000-ton/day air flotation tank at the Minjiang water plant, and the water purification effect was very good. Subsequently, a new integrated air purification and filtration process was proposed. Through model tests, certain data were obtained. At the end of 1980, it completed the construction and installation of a 1000 ton/day ship watering plant. In June 1981, it was put into productive operation (see Figure 1). Air flotation filtration process is scum upward, purified water down. In order to increase the volume utilization factor, a small resistance filtration system is set at about 1 meter below the water surface, and the process is shown in Figure 2. The operation shows that the integrated flotation filtration water purification process is feasible, and has significant effects in removing turbidity, removing color, removing lignin, and reducing oxygen consumption. I. Process flow and main equipment Raw water is taken from the junction of Minjiang River and Outer City River
