目的:观察雅特健口洁素局部治疗智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择下颌智齿冠周炎120例,随机分为观察组62例和对照组58例。两组均采用3%过氧化氢和0.9%生理盐水交替冲洗冠周及盲袋,观察组于冠周局部盲袋内放入含雅特健口洁素棉片,30min内不漱口,30min后取出棉片,2h后应用雅特健口洁素漱口,每天3或4次,每次10ml;对照组于冠周局部盲袋内点入碘甘油。治疗3天,第4天观察并记录两组疼痛及龈瓣红肿、盲袋内溢脓等发生情况,并比较两组疗效。结果:观察组痊愈18例,有效35例,无效9例,总有效率85.5%;对照组痊愈7例,有效20例,无效31例,总有效率46.6%。观察组总有效率非常显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:雅特健口洁素局部盲袋内给药加漱口法治疗智齿冠周炎疗效较好。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of AstraZenekilipin topical treatment of wisdom tooth pericoronitis. Methods: A total of 120 cases of mandibular wisdom teeth with pericoronitis were randomly divided into observation group (62 cases) and control group (58 cases). The two groups were treated with 3% hydrogen peroxide and 0.9% saline alternately rinsed the perirenal cavity and the blind bag, the observation group in the crown around the local blind bag containing AstraZeneca cleaning tablets, 30min without mouthwash, 30min After removing the cotton sheet, 2h after application of Astrakhan Jie Jie Su mouth, 3 or 4 times a day, each 10ml; control group in the crown around the blind spots point into the iodine glycerol. After 3 days of treatment, the pain and the gingival flap inflamed, the overflow pus in the blind bag and so on were observed and recorded on the 4th day. The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results: In the observation group, 18 cases were cured, 35 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 85.5%. In the control group, 7 cases were cured, 20 cases were effective and 31 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 46.6%. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Astrakhan Jiekui local blind bag administration plus gargle treatment of wisdom teeth pericoronitis better curative effect.
