研究了乙酰丙酮(acac)和1,1,1-三氟代乙酰丙酮(facac)两种β-二酮钛配合物/AlEt2Cl催化剂催化乙烯聚合行为。用13CNMR、FTIR、DSC、XRD等方法对聚合物进行了测试表征。结果表明,β-二酮钛配合物/AlEt2Cl催化剂表现出了与传统的Z-N钛系催化剂不同的聚合行为,其聚合性能和产物结构均受β-二酮与Ti摩尔比的影响,其中Ti(acac)2Cl2/AlEt2Cl催化乙烯效果好;聚合产物链中有支链结构特征,当配体采用facac时,产物中具有明显的长支链结构特征。
The polymerization of ethylene catalyzed by two kinds of β-diketone complexes of acetylacetone (acac) and 1,1,1-trifluoroacetylacetone (facac) / AlEt2Cl was studied. The polymers were characterized by 13CNMR, FTIR, DSC and XRD. The results showed that the β-diketone / AlEt2Cl catalysts exhibited different polymerization behaviors from the conventional ZN titanium catalysts. The polymerization performance and product structure were affected by the molar ratio of β-diketone to Ti. Among them, Ti ( acac) 2Cl2 / AlEt2Cl catalyzed the ethylene effect; the polymerization product chain branched structure, when the ligand facac, the product has obvious long-branched structure characteristics.
