通过对登封市近10 a老水库移民后期扶持工作的回顾,总结了登封市在水库移民项目管理、资金使用方面的经验和做法。登封市在移民项目申报时充分征求移民及安置区群众意愿,在移民项目实施时严格落实一项制度,在移民资金拨付时严格实行阶段验收、受益乡村财政移民四方审签、县级报账,保证了移民后扶项目扎实建设,移民资金安全有效使用,移民政策扎实落地。
Through the review of the post-resettlement support of recent 10-year old reservoirs in Dengfeng City, the experiences and practices of Dengfeng Municipality in reservoir resettlement project management and fund use are summarized. Dengfeng Municipality fully solicits the wishes of the resettlers and resettlement areas when applying for resettlement projects and strictly implements a system during the implementation of resettlement projects. It strictly implements the stage of acceptance when the resettlement funds are appropriated, benefiting rural financial resettlers from the Quartet, It ensures that the post-resettlement projects are solidly constructed and the funds for the resettlement are used safely and effectively, and the immigration policy has been solidly implemented.
