site-3毒素是从海葵和蝎子等生物中提取出来的多肽类毒素,能够与电压门控钠通道IV区域的S4段附近site-3位点结合,从而抑制钠通道的快速失活。本文综述了site-3毒素作用于心肌细胞钠通道的电生理效应及与心肌细胞钠通道相互作用的分子机制。
The site-3 toxin is a polypeptide toxin extracted from organisms such as sea anemones and scorpions that binds to site-3 near the S4 segment of the voltage-gated sodium channel IV region and thus inhibits the rapid inactivation of the sodium channel. This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms of the electrophysiological effects of site-3 toxins on the sodium channel of cardiomyocytes and the interaction with sodium channels in cardiomyocytes.
