由实验确认了炼铁用的筑炉材料——重要的电熔氧化镁的杂质对MgO—C砖的热态及还原热处理后特性的影响,现报告实验结果和考察情况。实验方法:表1所示单独使用的两种电熔氧化镁和烧结氧化镁的化学成分。制作含有18%的片状石墨和9%Al的MgO—C砖A、B、C三种(表2所示比重相等),测定在常温、600℃、900℃、1200℃、1500℃时的抗弯强度和在这些温度时还原性气氛下热处理样品的常温抗弯强度。
