目的晶状体核层间水分离小切口娩出,避免或减少术后散光,达到良好的视力恢复。方法用钝头针插入晶状体核层间注水,使硬核周围的核壳层层分离,游离出硬核并将之溢出切口,完成碎核、娩核。结果经统计学检验,该方法与常规切口手术相比,术后视力恢复好,角膜散光小;采用该方法手术,角膜内皮损伤及前房反应明显减轻。结论本法是一种简便、安全、可靠的白内障小切口人工晶状体植入术式,有推广价值
The purpose of the water between the lens nucleus separated from a small incision, avoid or reduce postoperative astigmatism, to achieve good vision recovery. Methods The blunt needle was used to inject water into the nucleus of the lens to separate the nucleus and shell around the hard nucleus, free the hard nucleus and spill it out of the incision to complete the crushing and nucleus delivery. The results of statistical tests, the method compared with conventional incision surgery, postoperative visual acuity recovery, corneal astigmatism; using this method of surgery, corneal endothelial damage and anterior chamber reaction was significantly reduced.
