溧阳市文化小学, 一所八年前任城乡结合部旷野上建立起来的学校。如今已经从原来的四十多名教师,七百余名学区学生,发展到现在一百六十名教师,二千六百六十名学生,并且已经成为溧阳教育界举足轻重的学校。是什么催生了文化小学这样发展的奇迹呢?归纳起来,不外乎两个最重要的因素。一个优秀的校长,一支敬业的团队。管理者思想的深度、广度、前瞻性决定了一所学校的前景,团队的素养、精神、激情则可以将前景变为现实。
Liyang Cultural Primary School, a school set up in the wilderness of the combined urban-rural part eight years ago. Today, it has grown from its original 40-plus teachers and more than 700 school districts to 160 teachers and 2,660 students and has become a school of importance in Liyang’s education sector. What gave birth to such a miracle in the development of cultural primary schools? To sum up, nothing more than the two most important factors. A good principal, a dedicated team. The depth, breadth and foresight of managers’ thinking determine the prospect of a school. The team’s accomplishment, spirit and passion can turn the prospect into reality.
