目的评定2014年放射个人剂量监测系统比对不确定度及其影响因素。方法按照《2014年全国放射工作人员个人剂量监测系统比对方案》,采用热释光法进行个人剂量当量测量,计算各个不确定度分量。结果置信概率为95%,k=2时,5组盲样中第1、2、5组的相对扩展不确定度均为14%;第3、4组的相对扩展不确定度分别为29%和15%。结论个人剂量不确定度主要受到测量读出值、本底值、能量响应、角度响应、非线性和刻度因子等因素的影响。
Objective To assess the relative uncertainty of radiation personal dose monitoring system in 2014 and its influencing factors. Methods According to the “2014 National Radiation Workers Personal Dose Monitoring System Comparison Program”, the method of thermoluminescence was used to measure the individual dose equivalent and calculate the components of each uncertainty. The results show that the probability of confidence is 95%. When k = 2, the relative expansion uncertainties of groups 1, 2 and 5 are 14% in 5 groups of blind samples, and the relative expansion uncertainties of groups 3 and 4 are 29% And 15%. Conclusion The individual dose uncertainty is mainly affected by factors such as measurement readout, background value, energy response, angular response, nonlinearity, and scale factor.
