Payan等报道P物质对人T淋巴细胞有促有丝分裂的作用。本实验试图重复该结果,并观察P物质对人B淋巴细胞是否有促有丝分裂作用。按Payan等方法可看到与Payan等报道相似的剂量一反应关系曲线。~3H-TdR参入最高可达80%左右。但是,由于在没有刺激情况下~H3H-TdR参入淋巴细胞的量极少,亦即cpm的基数极低,80%增高只意味着小量cpm值的增加,统计学上无显著差别。结合P物质对PHA和ConA诱导人T淋巴细胞增殖反应及SAC诱导人B淋巴细胞增殖反应均无影响。我们认为P物质对T和B淋巴细胞增殖没有特异刺激作用。
Payan et al reported that substance P has mitogenic effects on human T lymphocytes. This experiment attempts to repeat the results and observe whether substance P has mitogenic effects on human B lymphocytes. By Payan et al., We can see dose-response curves similar to those reported by Payan et al. ~ 3H-TdR access up to about 80%. However, since H3H-TdR incorporates very little lymphocytes in the absence of stimulation, ie, the base of cpm is extremely low, an 80% increase means only a small increase in cpm, with no statistically significant difference. Binding substance P had no effect on PHA and ConA induced proliferation of human T lymphocytes and SAC induced proliferation of human B lymphocytes. We believe that substance P has no specific stimulatory effect on T and B lymphocyte proliferation.
