根本就不存在国家的市场经济地位的问题,这是一个伪命题。现在欧盟搞出这个东西,是借着一个伪命题来行贸易保护主义之实,逆全球化之潮流。近日,欧洲议会以压倒性多数通过决议,拒绝同意中国在今年自动获得“完全市场经济地位”的议案。虽然这一决议并没有约束力,但它却表明了一些国家对中国崛起异常复杂的情绪。而在此之前,美国也已多次表态,不会承认中国的“完全市场经济地位”。这也就意味着,中国长达15年的努力再一次遭遇挫折,尽管中国根据当年入世协议的第15条,多次声明应在今年自动获得此地位。
