利用有限元分析软件建立T型三通管内高压成形过程有限元分析模型,研究成形工艺参数(内压力,轴向进给等)对三通管内高压成形性的影响。结果表明:随着内压力的增大,支管胀形区壁厚减薄率随之增大,支管高度也随之增大,但内压力对支管高度的影响并不明显;胀形时,对支管施加反向压力,可改善金属流动性能,提高胀形时壁厚的均匀性;在内压力相同的情况下,在对管坯径向施加压力的同时,在管坯端部施加轴向压力,支管高度随着进给量的增加而增加,且支管高度的增加幅度明显。
The finite element analysis software was used to establish finite element analysis model of the T-type three-way pipe high-pressure forming process and study the influence of forming parameters (internal pressure and axial feed) on the high-pressure formability in the T-pipe. The results show that with the increase of internal pressure, the thinning rate of wall thickness increases with the increase of internal pressure, and the height of branch pipe also increases. However, the effect of internal pressure on the height of branch pipe is not obvious. The application of reverse pressure on the branch pipe can improve the flowability of the metal and improve the uniformity of the wall thickness at the time of bulging. Under the condition of the same inner pressure, while exerting pressure on the radial direction of the pipe billet, The height of branch pipe increased with the increase of feed amount, and the increase of branch pipe height was obvious.
