目的研究远视性弱视儿童在18组不同颜色和强度的背景光和刺激光下视网膜明视负波(Photopicnegative response,PhNR)的反应。方法对32例(41只眼)远视性弱视儿童和18例(18只眼)正常儿童进行明视负波检查,记录PhNR的振幅和潜伏期,并对结果进行比较分析。结果弱视组和对照组PhNR振幅,在亮度为40cd/m2蓝色背景光、3cd.s/m2的红色刺激光下,分别为52.85±12.91μv和44.59±10.67μv,P=0.021;在亮度为30cd/m2白色背景光、7cd.s/m2的绿色刺激光下,分别为65.09±16.24μv和52.84±11.20μv,P=0.005;而在其它不同亮度、颜色背景光和刺激光共16组组合下,弱视组和对照组PhNR振幅差别无统计学意义,P>0.05。上述18组光线组合下,弱视组和对照组PhNR潜伏期均无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论远视性弱视儿童视网膜神经节细胞对特定强度和颜色的刺激光敏感。
Objective To study the response of 18 children with presbyopic amblyopia to photopicnegative response (PhNR) in 18 groups of different colors and intensities of background light and light. Methods 32 cases (41 eyes) of myopic amblyopic children and 18 cases (18 eyes) of normal children were examined by negative light wave, the amplitude and latency of PhNR were recorded, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The amplitude of PhNR in the amblyopic group and the control group was 52.85 ± 12.91μv and 44.59 ± 10.67μv, respectively, at the intensity of 40cd / m2 blue background light and 3cd.s / m2 red stimulating light, P = 0.021. 30cd / m2 white background light, 7cd.s / m2 green stimulus light, respectively 65.09 ± 16.24μv and 52.84 ± 11.20μv, P = 0.005; and in other different brightness, color background light and stimulating light a total of 16 combinations There was no significant difference in the amplitude of PhNR between amblyopic group and control group (P> 0.05). The above 18 groups of light combinations, amblyopic group and control group PhNR latency was not statistically significant, P> 0.05. Conclusion Children with presbyopic amblyopia have retinal ganglion cells that are sensitized to specific intensity and color stimuli.
