目的分析碘吸附器风量与阻力的关系并推导出碘吸附器穿透率(P)与风量(Q)之间的关系式。方法针对折叠式碘吸附器,通过模拟不同程度的机械泄漏,采用放射性甲基碘法的试验方法,对其穿透率与风量之间的关系进行了实验研究。结果验证了所推导出的关系式P2=A/Q+B的适用性。结论在小风量下测量碘吸附器穿透率所得到的结果是偏保守的,使用减风量旁路试验法在某核电站串联碘吸附器组穿透率现场试验的应用情况说明,可以用在特殊情况下用减风量旁路试验法对碘吸附器的穿透率进行测定。
Objective To analyze the relationship between air volume and resistance of iodine adsorber and to derive the relationship between the penetration rate of iodine adsorber (P) and air volume (Q). Methods Aiming at the folding type iodine adsorber, the relationship between the permeability and the air volume was experimentally studied by simulating different degrees of mechanical leakage and using the radioactive methyl iodide method. The results verify the applicability of the derived relationship P2 = A / Q + B. Conclusions The results of measuring the penetration rate of iodine adsorbers in the small air volume are conservative.
