目前有关我国会计师事务所转制效果研究的结论尚不一致.已有的研究主要是大样本回归分析得出了.本文将运用用案例研究方法分析立信会计师事务所的转制对审计质量、市场份额、审计收入、审计收费、事务所综合排名等方面的影响.研究结果发现,转制对事务所各项业务数据产生重大影响,审计收费、审计收入上升,事务所排名稳中有进,但审计质量的提高仅体现在转制的次年,影响不具有一惯性.
