目的:探讨雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、BCL2、Ki67与绝经后子宫内膜息肉的关系。方法:选择27例绝经后萎缩的子宫内膜作为对照组,33例绝经后子宫内膜息肉样本。所有样本均未进行过激素治疗。用SP免疫组化法检测绝经后子宫内膜息肉和萎缩子宫内膜中ER、PR、BCL2、Ki67的表达。结果:与对照组相比较:息肉的腺上皮和间质细胞中ER、BCL2、Ki67的表达升高(P<0.05);PR在两组中的表达无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:雌激素受体可能在绝经后子宫内膜息肉的发生中起到一定作用,它可能通过直接刺激局部子宫内膜增生或者抑制凋亡而发挥作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), BCL2, Ki67 and postmenopausal endometrial polyps. Methods: 27 cases of postmenopausal women with atrophic endometrium as control group and 33 cases of postmenopausal women with endometrial polyps were selected. All samples were not treated with hormones. The expression of ER, PR, BCL2 and Ki67 in postmenopausal women with endometrial polyps and atrophic endometrium was detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with the control group, the expression of ER, BCL2 and Ki67 in the epithelial and interstitial cells of polyps increased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of PR between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Estrogen receptor may play a role in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal endometrial polyps. It may play a role by directly stimulating local endometrial hyperplasia or inhibiting apoptosis.
