2010年用稻茎浸渍法监测了我国和越南共14个褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stl)田间种群对5种杀虫剂的抗性,结果表明:14个褐飞虱田间种群对吡虫啉、噻嗪酮、氟虫腈、吡蚜酮和叶蝉散的LC50值分别在9.5287~46.6716、1.6621~17.8785、0.9818~8.4084、0.3315~12.5127和14.0914~187.1706mga.i./L之间,抗性倍数分别为105.87~518.87、6.20~66.71、25.17~215.60、0.17~6.56和3.63~48.24倍。目前褐飞虱田间种群对吡虫啉属高到极高水平抗性,对噻嗪酮属低至高水平抗性,对氟虫腈属中至极高水平抗性,对吡蚜酮为敏感至低水平抗性,对叶蝉散为中等至高水平抗性。
In 2010, the population of 14 Nilaparvata lugens (Stl) populations in China and Vietnam was monitored for their resistance to five insecticides by rice stem dipping method. The results showed that the population of 14 brown planthopper populations had no significant effect on imidacloprid, buprofezin, The LC50 values of fipronil, pymetrozine and leafhopper were 9.5287 ~ 46.6716,1.6621 ~ 17.8785,0.9818 ~ 8.4084,0.3315 ~ 12.5127 and 14.0914 ~ 187.1706mga.i./L respectively, and the resistance multiples were 105.87 ~ 518.87,6.20 ~ 66.71,25.17 ~ 215.60,0.17 ~ 6.56 and 3.63 ~ 48.24 times. At present, the population of BPH field is highly resistant to imidacloprid, low to high level to buprofezin, moderate to very high level to fipronil, low to high sensitive to pymetrozine, Leafhoppers are medium to high levels of resistance.
