[目的]观察何首乌饮干预的衰老大鼠下颌下腺谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛(MDA)水平,探讨何首乌饮的抗衰老作用。[方法]用D-半乳糖制造衰老大鼠模型,何首乌饮的干预作用分治疗和预防两部分,观察下颌下腺GSH-PX和MDA改变。[结果]预防性实验部分GSH-PX水平以正常组最高,模型组最低,各预防组处于中间水平,其中Pm组仅低于正常组,效果最好(P﹤0.01),MDA水平以模型组最高,正常组最低,各预防组处于中间水平,其中Pm仅高于正常组(P﹤0.01)。治疗性实验部分GSH-PX水平以阴性对照组最高,S-R组最低,各治疗组处于中间水平,其中Tm组仅低于NC组(P﹤0.01),MDA水平以S-R组最高,NC组最低,各治疗组处于中间水平,其中Tm组仅高于NC组(P﹤0.01)。[结论]何首乌饮具有抗模型大鼠下颌下腺衰老的作用。
[Objective] To observe the content of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and lipid peroxidation (MDA) in submandibular glands of senile rats induced by Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., And explore the anti-aging effect of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. [Method] The aging rat model was made by using D-galactose. The intervention of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb was divided into two parts: treatment and prevention. The changes of GSH-PX and MDA in submandibular gland were observed. [Results] The levels of GSH-PX in prophylactic experimental group were the highest in the normal group and the lowest in the model group, with the intermediate level in each prophylaxis group. The Pm group was only lower than the normal group, the effect was the best (P <0.01) The highest, the lowest normal group, the prevention group at the middle level, Pm only higher than the normal group (P <0.01). The level of GSH-PX in the therapeutic experiment was the highest in the negative control group and the lowest in the SR group. The levels of GSH-PX in the treatment group were lower than those in the NC group (P <0.01) The treatment group in the middle level, including Tm group was higher than the NC group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Heshouwu decoction has anti-aging effect on submandibular gland of anti-model rats.
