大型综合医院急诊科入口布局研究

目的:急诊科入口承担接诊和分诊急诊患者的重要功能,合理的急诊入口设计能够保证患者快速而准确地分流、到达各个诊疗区域,从而达到安全、合理、高效地处置患者的目的。目前大型医院急诊科入口设计存在问题,需要提出合理化建议,重新布局。方法通过分析目前大型医院急诊科入口设计存在的主要问题,根据“平战结合”的急诊布局原则,针对问题逐一提出解决方案,以提升医院急诊医疗服务水平及其管理水平。结果目前各医院急诊入口存在狭小、混乱、分流不畅及与急救车衔接不良等问题,可通过以下措施进行解决:人、车分不同入口进入急诊;设立综合分诊台兼顾人、急救车;设置更为开阔的急诊大厅;设置备用医疗区域应对公共卫生突发事件等。做到快速高效地安全分流和紧急处置各类“急、难、险、重”患者。结论通过采取改造方案和优化管理流程等措施,可形成合理的急诊入口设计,以保证“快速、畅通、规范、高效”的急诊医疗服务,提升医疗服务水平与管理水平。“,”Objective The emergency entrance undertakes important function for accepting and triage of emergency patients. Reasonable emergency entrance design may ensure patients reach the diagnosis and treatment area quickly and accurately, so as to achieve the purpose of safe, reasonable, efficient treatment of patients. There are problems existed in the large-scale hospital emergency department entrance design. The paper will provide reasonable suggestions to re layout the entrance. Methods By analyzing the main problems of large-scale hospital emergency department entrance design, coming up with solutions for problems one by one, according to layout principle being serviceable both at peacetime and wartime, hospital emergency medical service level and management level would be promoted in the process. Results At present, problems such as narrow, confusion, poor shunting and poor connection to the ambulance usually exist in the emergency entrance of hospital. The above problems can be solved through the following measures that patients and cars get into the emergency through different entrance, a comprehensive triage is set up for paying attention to both patients and ambulance, a more capacious emergency hall is set up and reserve medical to deal with the public health emergencies is set. These modification will guarantee safety triage and emergency disposal for all kinds of patients with“urgent, difficult, risk and serious”problems quickly and efficiently. Conclusion Retrofit scheme and management process optimization provided in the paper can form a rational design of the emergency entrance to make emergency medical services “fast, unimpeded, standardized and efficient” and enhance the medical service level and management level at same time.
