轮式装载机工作环境恶劣,装载机自身系统又十分复杂,因此其结构件容易破坏失效。前车架是装载机的重要部件,对装载机前车架进行有限元分析与优化的关键是准确地确定其工作载荷。在恶劣工况条件下,前车架承受载荷,对前车架结构进行有限元分析,得出了应力分布情况。找出了导致前车架出现裂纹的原因,并提出了改进方案。实践证明,改进方案正确、可靠。
Wheel loader bad working environment, the loader system itself is very complex, so its structural parts easily destroyed failure. The front frame is an important part of the loader. The key to finite element analysis and optimization of the front frame of the loader is to accurately determine its working load. Under severe working conditions, the front frame under load, finite element analysis of the front frame structure, obtained stress distribution. Found out the reason which causes the front frame to crack, and proposed the improvement plan. Practice has proved that improving the program is correct and reliable.
