数值研究不同类型涡流器对环形燃烧室流场与性能的影响.采用分区耦合方法分别生成两级轴向、斜切径向及三级轴向涡流器的环形燃烧室的结构化网格,在任意曲线坐标系下对带有扩压器、涡流器、火焰筒和内外环冷却通道的三种环形燃烧室三维两相燃烧整体流场进行计算,气相和液相分别采用Euler与Lagrange法处理,采用多维/经验分析法估算燃烧室性能.计算与实验比较相符表明,可利用本文计算方法预测不同涡流器对燃烧室流场和燃烧室性能的影响.
The effect of different types of swirlers on the flow field and performance of annular combustor was numerically investigated. The structured grid of annular combustor with axial, chamfered radial and tertiary axial eddies was generated by zonal coupling method. The three-phase two-phase combustion general flow fields of three annular combustion chambers with diffuser, swirler, flame tube and inner and outer cooling channels were calculated under arbitrary curvilinear coordinate system. The gas phase and the liquid phase were respectively treated by Euler and Lagrange method, The multi-dimensional / empirical analysis is used to estimate the performance of the combustion chamber. Comparing the calculated results with the experimental results shows that the influence of the different turbulators on the flow field and the performance of the combustion chamber can be predicted by the calculation method.
